5\frac{3}{a}  \times b \frac{1}{2} = 19

 \frac{5a + 3}{a}  \times  \frac{2b + 1}{2}  = 19

 \frac{5a(2b + 1) + 3(2b + 1)}{2a}  = 19

 \frac{10ab + 5a + 6b + 3}{1}  = 38a

10ab + 6b + 3 = 33a

From this eq. we get,

a =  \frac{10ab + 6b + 3}{33}

b =  \frac{33a - 10ab - 3}{6}

using this we get a+b as,

I'm leaving it here I'll reconsider my way and come to it tomorrow please don't report or I'll have to start from nothing...
