Legislative

Legislative are consists of the member who are representative from their respective Constituencies and make law in order to run the administration of the country.

They are only body in the country to make new laws, to struck down any law or to modify the existing one, both national and international.

Executive

They are those part of the Government which are responsible for the implementation of laws made by the Legislative body.

Executive power of the Union is in the hand of the President of India. He/She exercise this power either by themselves or by the help of Subordinate.

Judiciary

Indian Democratic System follow the concept of "Integrated Judiciary". It stands that the decisions ,made by the higher courts are binding on the lower  courts and Supreme Court is the highest court of appeal for every citizen.

The Judiciary also played an important role in protecting the laws and safeguarding the Constitution of India. It ensures that the democratic setup will not change into dictatorship by keeping check on the working of Executive and Judiciary.
