Let x + y = 10. be first equation ...

Let z + y = 10 be second equation..

Since x = z, substitute x in the second equation..

which gives z + y = 10 ==> x + y = 10..

So., the Euclid axiom can be given as..

THINGS WHICH ARE EQUAL TO THE SAME THING ARE EQUAL TO ONE ANOTHER..
