Forests face severe threat from population explosion and the resultant pollution. Unless drastic steps are taken to prevent both from getting out of control, the earth will not have any forest cover left by the next decade.

Water wastage at home can be cut down through proper instructions. Similarly, unnecessary usage of paper and plastics should be avoided. This will help save trees as well as prevent plastic pollution and dangers caused to the wildlife by plastics.

The main reason for the deforestation is commercial felling of tree and it well estimated regarding 1,600 million cubic meters of wood have been used for various purposes in the part of the world.
