it is said that milk is a Wholesome food as it contains modt of the nutrients do you think that you can remain healthy by consuming only milk as your regular diet

no because as milk has many nutrients...but some other nutrients body required to grow......that are not aquired from milk for example vitamin C we get from lemon or juicy fruits....so hope u understand...

Vitamins A, B, C, D, K ; proteins ; lactos ; glycose and fructose are the basic essential nutrients for the proper development of the body.

Human body needs each of them.jn proper quantity.

No food has been found to contain all these nutrients in it.

In case of milk, the milk is ricb in proteins- which are essential for growth.

But, we can't live upon Proteins for whole life.

It neends to be balanced byvother nutrients.

The sum up of all the foods that contain each nutrient constitutes a Balanced Diet.
