non inertial frame of reference also exist as there is non uniform velocity are present.. in inertial frame of reference Newton's 1st law of motion is valid..

yaa,no any intertidal frame is actually exist , because it's depends upon own thinking.
just like as .

,when we see the Earth from space it seems to be moving but when we see the Earth from Earth surface it seems to be stable .


so intertidal frame of reference is just a imazi nating quantity.
