take out the percentage of the first given number which is (3.625) by the formula
 \frac{3.625}{1}  \times 100
then take out the percentage of the second given number which is (3.265) by the formula
 \frac{3.265}{1}  \times 100
then take out the difference between the two percentages and get your answer...
