Q. Why is external air hotter than internal air?

When the ambient dry bulb temperature is lower than the building temperature, then the outdoor air can be used for cooling the building. Normally due to solar and internal heat gains, buildings can become hotter than the ambient air.

Basically when we inhale air, the blood capillaries warm the incoming air so when we breathe out, we breathe the air warmed by the blood capillaries.
