A day ago my friend's uncle is dead. When he was admitted in hospital he was bleeding and also he was cought with pneumonia and Covid +ve but the hospital treated him as a Covid patients instead of stoping the bleed and curing the pneumonia. What they did is wrong or not? And can we file a case against that hospital? If the answer is yes, then please explain the whole. And also he was the only person for the family for income. So how they can get the compensation for the family? His job was private.

I think there will be no compensation but what they did is wrong .if u wanna file a case just ask the doctors once again why he is bleeding if there is no response may be than you cab
