Because 10 men can finish whole work in 30 days, half of the job has been in 15 days.

Therefore remaining work = 1 - 1/2 = 1/2.

Since 10 men do a job in 30 days, 1-man's 1-day work = 1 / (10x30) = 1/300.

When 5 more men join, total men = 10+5 = 15 men.

Now 1 man's 1-day work = 1/300
Hence 15 men will do in 1 day work = 15/300 = 1/20.

Number of days taken to finish the remaining (1/2) work
= (work to be done) / (work done per day) = (1/2) / (1/20) = 10 days.

Hence total time taken to complete the job = 15 days + 10 days = 25 days.

As, 10 men complete the job in 30 days
So, 10 men complete  HALF job in 15 days   --- equation 1

As, 10 men complete the job in 30 days
so,  1 man completes the job in 30 * 10 days
so,  1 man completes HALF job in 30 * 10/2 days = 150 days
so,  15 men complete HALF job in  150/15 days = 10 days  -- equation 2

Total time duration = 15 + 10  = 25 days
