On 8th April 1929, Bhagat Singh and B.K Dutt threw a bomb in the Central Legislative Assembly and shouted slogans of Inquillab Zindabad. They also showered leaflets stating that the Bomb was The aim, as their leaflet explained, was not to kill but, “to make the deaf hear”.
