It was dark. I was returning from my tuition class. My house was not far away from the tution. After I returned home, I saw that no lights were on. I knew that no one was in the house. I got scared. Somehow I managed to on the lights. I sat on the sofa and watched the TV for a little while. Getting bored I went to my room hoping that Mom and Dad had their own keys in hand. While climbing the staircases I heard a weird sound. Since I believe ghosts were alive, I really got back scared. Anyways, I managed to reach my room.As soon as I went inside the room I feel asleep. Meanwhile my family had not really gone out. They were hiding in so that I don't see them. Sharp at 12 am they all screamed and I got scared! They had a huge cake in front and wished me,"Happy Birthday"!!! I got surprised! I really forgot that it was my birthday because of my tiredness. My brother asked sorry for giving that weird sound and said that it was just for a joke. I laughed at myself because that second I really believed that ghosts were there in the house!!
