As sum of all three angles of a triangle is 180° and now let us assume a triangle ABC with angles A, B, C. Now apply given arguments:

A+B=C

A+B+C=180°

From above two equations:

2C=180°

C=90°

And, that shows that third angle of this triangle is 90° and for that reason triangle is a 'Right Angle Triangle'.
