Given :

A fraction of 3/5 of the cake was consumed and remaining cake equally distribute among 5 friends.

To find :

The part of fraction each will get.

Solution :

yesterday the fraction of cake was consumed = \frac{3}{5}

The remaining part of cake = 1-\frac{3}{5}

                                             = \frac{5-3}{5}

                                             = \frac{2}{5}

The remaining part of cake is distributed equally among 5 of my friends.

Each will get the fraction of part = \frac{\frac{2}{5} }{5}

                                                     = \frac{2}{5\times 5}

                                                     = \frac{2}{25}

Each friend will get  \frac{2}{25} part of the cake.
