Golgi Apparatus :-

➸ Golgi apparatus is a complex substance which is made up of membrane bound fluid filled in the vesicles or vacuous and cistern.

➸ It is an organelle found in most eukaryotic cells.

➸ Cistern are the flattened sac like structure arranged approx. parallel to each other in the stacks of the Golgi apparatus.

➸ It is also called as the secretary organelle of the cell.
