Golgi Apparatus :-
➸ Golgi apparatus is a complex substance which is made up of membrane bound fluid filled in the vesicles or vacuous and cistern.
➸ It is an organelle found in most eukaryotic cells.
➸ Cistern are the flattened sac like structure arranged approx. parallel to each other in the stacks of the Golgi apparatus.
➸ It is also called as the secretary organelle of the cell.
➸ Golgi apparatus helps the cell in storing, packing and transport of materials, synthesize by EPR (Endoplasmic Reticulum).
➸ It forms pinocytic vesicles to transfer the materials of the cell.
➸ It helps in the formation of lysosomes.
➸ A number of chemical modifications may transpire through golgi apparatus.
