Taking 1 ruled line of your page as 2 m/sec (as you have taken)
Between t = 2 secs to t = 6 secs, (total time duration = 4 secs)
u ( Initial Velocity ) = 4 m/sec
v (Final Velocity) = -6 m/sec
a = (v-u) / t {you can also find out by taking slope of graph}
a = { -6 - 4 } / 4
a = -10 / 4
a = -5 / 2
a= - 2.5 m/sec square
=> Acceleration = -2.5 m/sec square
HOPE IT HELPS :):):):)

Take u=4 initial velocity
v=-6 final velocity
t=2 to 6 seconds between so t= 4 seconds
a=(v-u) /t
a=(-6-4) /4
a=(-10) /4
a=-10/4
a=-5/2
a=-2.5m/sec
I hope it will help for u ☺.
