NOW,

1mw =  {10}^{5} (10kg)( {1dm})^{2} ( {1 \div 60 minute})^{ - 3}

 = 216  \times  {10}^{10} (10kg)( {1dm})^{2} ( {1minute})^{ - 3}

1mw = 216 \times  {10}^{10} w

where W is the unit of power in new system of units.
