Jayant is 6 years older than Jaya .if the sum of their ages is 30 what is jaya's age? Please help me solve dis

let Jaya's age be x
so Jayant"s age will be x + 6
Now ATQ,
x + x + 6 = 30
2x = 24
x = 12
Jaya is 12 yrs old
