Answer:

3:1:5 , Jim = 21 sweets

Step-by-step explanation:

3+1+5 = 9

Total = 21 × 9/3 = 63 sweets

Dan = 63 × 1/9 = 7 sweets

Gɪᴠᴇɴ :-

Jim, Dan and David share some sweets in the ratio 6:5:2.

Jim gets 32 more sweets than David.

Tᴏ Fɪɴᴅ :-

How many sweets does Dan get ?

Sᴏʟᴜᴛɪᴏɴ :-

Let us Assume That, Jim, Dan and David share some sweets as 6x , 5x & 2x Respectively .

As, it is given That, Jim gets 32 more sweets than David.

So,

→ Jim sweets - David Sweets = 32

→ 6x - 2x = 32

→ 4x = 32

Dividing Both sides by 4,

→ x = 8 .

Hence,

→ Total Sweets Dan gets = 5x = 5*8 = 40 Sweets (Ans).

Therefore, Dan gets 40 sweets.
