Cost for 4 pencils = Rs32
Cost of 1 pencil = 32/4
Cost price of one pencil = Rs 8
selling price of 6 pencils = Rs54
selling price of one pencil = 54/6
selling price of one pencil = Rs 9
profit of 1 pencil = cost price of 1 pencil - selling price of 1 pencil
profit = 9 - 8
profit = Rs 1
3) He did a right thing.
Cost of 1 pencil = 32/4
Cost price of one pencil = Rs 8
selling price of 6 pencils = Rs54
selling price of one pencil = 54/6
selling price of one pencil = Rs 9
profit of 1 pencil = cost price of 1 pencil - selling price of 1 pencil
profit = 9 - 8
profit = Rs 1
3) He did a right thing.
