Answer:

The ages of John, Tom, and Anthony are 5 years, 10years, and 12years respectively.

Explanation:

Let the age of Anthony be A years.

∴ Tom's age = A x 2 =  2A

∴ John's age = 2A + 2

We know,

Total of the ages of three people = 27

or, A+2A+2A+2 = 27

or, 5A = 27 - 2

∴ A = 5.

∵ A = 5.

∴ Tom's age = 10

John's age = 12.

Answer) The ages of John, Tom, and Anthony are 5 years, 10years, and 12years respectively.
