20 blue tiles used are 40% of all the tiles used in the pattern.
remaining 60% of the pattern if split evenly with the red and white tiles
30% (12 of 60%) is red tiles.
divide 20 blue tiles by 4 to find out how many tiles is in 10% of the pattern
20/4=5
5 tiles is 10% of the pattern
5×3=15
15 is the required ans.
