Joshua drove his car a distance of 356.2 miles, and it required 11.3 gallons of gasoline (petrol). How many liters of fuel will it take to go 100 kilometers.

Distance travelled by car = 356.2 \ miles

Capacity of gasoline required to travel = 11.3 \ gallons

As we know that,

1 \ mile = 1.609 \ kilometers

1 \ gallon = 3.785 \ litres

So, distance travelled in  kilometers= 356.2\times 1.609=573.1258\ km

Petrol used to travel in litres =11.3\times 3.785=42.7705 \ litres

Hence in 1 litre petrol = \frac{573.1258}{42.7705}=13.40

He can travel 13.40 km in 1 litre of petrol.

So for travelling 100 kilometers , \frac{100}{13.40}=7.46 litres of petrol is needed.

Hence, the required answer is 7.46 litres.
