Justice is the quality of being fair, while equality is the state of being equal. To relate this topic to the standpoint of gender roles, quite a few different opinions seem to rise to the surface. Personally, I think that gender norms should be eliminated. Productivity – people who are treated fairly and have equal opportunity are better able to contribute socially and economically to the community, and to enhance growth and prosperity. Confidence – an equal and fair society is likely to be safer by reducing entrenched social and economic disadvantage

Social justice assigns rights and duties in the institutions of society, which enables people to receive the basic benefits and burdens of cooperation. Justice is about making appropriation towards fairness even in light of past inequality. Equality generally does not consider the past . Justice is about making things accessible for all by giving equal opportunity . Sometimes things like wealth are accumulated under very unequal circumstances.
