when the seed is crushed and grinded.the bajre ka aata is made.the crushed baker is aaya is in powder form.when it is moulded with water.then we can make small balls.the balls are then flattened and then cooked as rotis.we can then eat these bajre ki rotis are with dal or gravy vegetables.
