Today I will be telling you the ill effect of consumption of junk food on health.junk foods are always appealing as they have great taste but they make us addicted.the preparation made of these food are not hygienic as well as the ingredients used are not safe. they can cause-

  2. low metabolic rate
  3. suppresses growth and development
  4. cardiac problems
  5. liver impairment, etc.

hence, we should try to avoid junk food as much as we can to stay healthy and fit.
