Make Time Table
Wake up 5:30 am - Fresh'n up , stretch your body and eat fruits.
6:00 am to 8:00 am - 1st study session
break 15 minutes
8:15 am to 10:15 am - 2nd study session + healthy breakfast.
10:15am to 11:00 am take break
11:00 am to 01:00 pm - 3re study session
1:15 pm break
1:15 pm to 2:00 pm - lunch
2:00 pm to 3:00 pm - sleep and nap ( must for recharge your brain )
3:00 pm to 3:15 - fresh'n up
3:15 pm to 5:15 pm- 4th study session
5:15 pm - snacks / go out ( mind activate)
8:00pm- dinner
8:00 pm to 10::00 pm - Revise what you read whole day and planning for next day
10:00 pm - have 8 hours of sleep
