just imagine! if there were a device which can change CO2 and other gases come from exhaust of a car or bike into water, the world pollution must be in low range. if anyone has idea for doing this device?

That is an amazing idea! But due to the current technology that is nearly impossible, maybe in future when we would be able to do this. But we can still make solutions. Technology is growing day by day and one day this idea will no longer be an "idea" but would be a innovation.

I know that this is a possibility but with today's technology its nearly impossible, but this doesn't mean that it won't happen. Just like u said "one day" i.e. in future not "now"
and you are not the only one who came up with this idea (don't feel bad) but even scientist might have thought about it. Even I get ideas like this but when I search it in internet somebody has already thought about it.

if you ask ,if any one has idea of doing this divice i am in [i loved the idea like any thing its a totaly brilant idea ] but i think it can cause a little disturbation in the dis tribution of co2 but this problem cane go down if there is an increse in population . this divice is almost impossible to do but never forget the proverb 'nothing is inpossible'
