Justice delayed too long is justice denied. A few weaks of delayed action may help in finding more evidence and may help in the cases but I believe delaying it for a long time is not wise.

During this time period many important proofs and evidences may get lossed or may be cleared off by the guilty. The guilty may also bribe or blackmail others onto his side. During this time the innocent may also go throught mental trauma and may be shunted by the society. This may lead to them breaking down and not doing well in the court. Delaying the action may also affect the innocent's life in a bad way.

It discourages people to fight for what is right and helps the criminals get away! For progress of a society its important that people can stand up for what is right and they have a backing for the same... Lets consider case of Salman Khan... Often delay is justice makes it difficult for the party to prove the guilt and many witnesses dies during the process...
Justice delayed is justice denied This is so because procastination of justice can lead to loss of substantial evidence which could lead to serious injustice on the part of the court. During the period of waiting, the criminal could escape with the evidence or derive time from the period of waiting to bribe the lawyers and judges especially if the criminal in question is rich and the injured is poor. This can lead to denial of justice and in some cases the imprisonment and killing of innocent people. It can also increase the social ills in the society

Justice delayed is indeed Justice denied If one is wronged, justice must be served to right the wrong in the soonest possible manner, on the most beneficial moment for the person . If this equity is not provided by the Justice system, then the "equal protection of the law" is not achieved, thus violating one's inherent right to life, liberty and the pursuit of one's own happiness.

You can take points from the above paras and create your argumentative essay.. If this helps then pls mark it as the brainliest one....
