justify that democracy is the form of government in which ruler elected by the people?

Democracy means the people have the right represent their own representatives out of contested representatives.

For Example :-

In 2014 , Elections were held in India .
For lok sabha .
In these elections many voted for BJP party.
As it has majority seats it has own and Our prime minister is Narendra Modi.

And even for MP elections also we can observe.

democracy can be defined admit the form of government in which the government is choosen by the people. .
we can say it as..in democracy
-people have to right to choose their favourite candidates
-if the people have any problems then the government will be responsible for it.
