The level on management for an organization depends on its seize. This can be explained as follows.

  • When an organization is formed in the initial stage, it generally consists of a few members which are called the creators of the organization. So, initially management of that group is not that difficult as those people mostly have the same mindset to move forward.
  • But as the member count increases with increasing work capacity, quite a number of factors can become predominant in managing the group, such as mentality difference, work culture, timings etc.
  • So, with increasing size of am organization, it requires much more efficient ways of management otherwise it may crumble.
