Explanation:

Xylem -

Xylem is the vascular tissue responsible for the conduction of water and nutrients from the roots up to the shoots and leaves, especially of terrestrial plants. Xylem is comprised of the xylem parenchyma, xylem fiber (or sclerenchyma), tracheids, and vessels. It is the primary component of wood in plants.

phloem -

Phloem is the living tissue in vascular plants that transports the soluble organic compounds made during photosynthesis and known as photosynthates, in particular the sugar sucrose, to parts of the plant where needed. This transport process is called translocation.

Meristematic tissue -

The meristem is a type of tissue found in plants. It consists of undifferentiated cells capable of cell division. Cells in the meristem can develop into all the other tissues and organs that occur in plants. Differentiated plant cells generally cannot divide or produce cells of a different type

Dermal tissue -

The dermal tissue system protects the soft tissues of plants and controls interactions with the plants' surroundings. The epidermis is a dermal tissue that is usually a single layer of cells covering the younger parts of a plant. It secretes a waxy layer called the cuticle that inhibits water loss.
