Answer:
•The variety in life existing on the earth, their interrelationships, and their relationships with the environment is referred to as biodiversity. Biodiversity boosts ecosystem productivity where each species, no matter how small, all have an important role to play. A larger number of plant species means a greater variety of crops. Greater species diversity ensures natural sustainability for all life forms. We should conserve biodiversity so as to maintain the food chain. The disturbance in the food chain may affect the whole ecosystem.
•Protected forests are not completely safe for wild animals because people who live near or adjacent to forests use resources from forests to fulfil their own requirements. In this process, wild animals are killed and sold for lucrative amounts of money. There is a need to make strict rules against poaching and trespassing.
•Some tribals depend on jungles , cause jungle provides them every commodity they need to live. They Fetch fresh water from the jungle, collect fruits and vegetables , and also hunt the animals living in the jungle. The houses in which they live are all made up of things taken from jungle
•The main cause of deforestation is growing urbanization and industrialization. Need for more land and resources have led to the cutting down of forests. Deforestation affects wild animals, plants and humans in at least four distinct ways: via soil erosion, which can lead to clogged waterways and other problems; via water cycle disruption, which can lead to desertification and habitat loss; via greenhouse gas emissions, which contribute to global climate change.
•Red Data Book keeps the record of all the endangered animals and plants. Different record books are maintained for endangered animals and endangered plants.
• For the purpose of breeding and specific purposes some species of birds and animals move from their habitat to some other habitat. The birds move to far away areas every during a particular time because of climatic changes and return to their original habitat after some time. This periodical of some species is known as migration.
