justify the title of story julies caesar in 200 words

Caesar" basically means supreme ruler, king, or emperor...... and translated literally...... Julius Caesar means Julius the Emperor. It was a title bestowed upon him by the Senate, since he was viewed as the liberator of Rome...... but he did nothing to discourage it. 

Even though the Republic was still in existence during the reign of Julius Caesar and the Senate retained much power, Rome was on a path toward an imperial form of government in which the Senate would merely be used to "rubber stamp" the whims of the emperor in power.
