Villa for sale is a very appropriate title, for the entire story revolves around the sale of Juliette's villa. She is desperate to sell it but is upset to find there are not any buyers. A couple Gaston and Jeanne arrive to check it out and to find out the price and in what follows, the house gets sold twice. First Gaston, pretending to be the owner sells it off to Mrs. Al Smith and then he buys it from the original owner Juliette. Therefore this title is an apt one.
