justify the title small pain in my chest

The title small pain in my chest is suitable for the poem because the soldier was hit by a bullet in his chest due to which he had a pain in his chest....the soldier was wounded very badly and he was trying to cover his pain by smiling.....but alas he slowly died due to the small pain in his chest.....after the soldier died,the narrator hugged the soldier and cried a lot.He too had a wound in his heart against the small pain in the soldier's chest.The narrator suffered from mental agony on seeing such a pathetic death of the young soldier....this was the wound in his heart....

So the title is suitable for this poem.....
