Let distance is X km.

1st Case ,. Speed = 3.5km/hour

time taken = X/3.5 +X/3.5

=2X/3.5

= 20X/35 hour

2nd Case
1st Speed = 3km/h & 2nd Speed =4km/h

Time taken = X/3 +X/4

= (4X +3X)/12

= 7X/12

ATQ

7X/12 - 20X/35 =10/60

(245X -240X)/420=10/60

5X/420=10/60

5X=70

x=70//5

x=14km

So Distance between Tilak Nagar and Moti Nagar is 14 Km.
