The bread which will be in contact with hot water will be softer than the other bread.

Explanation:

  • Yeast respires anaerobically to form carbon dioxide. this carbon dioxide makes the bread soft and fluffy. In addition to this the bread will be soft because if hot water comes in contact with bread there is disintegration of the particles which are present in the grateful stuff as a result of this there is separation of the bread.
  • Hence slightly  warm water when added during formation of bread.
