weh dur se dhekh ney per kala nazaar aata hai toh isliye usse kala sagar kehtey hai .

Kala sagr ko yaeh naam isliye mila h kyunki , Turki (medivial turkish) bhasha me rang 'kala' Uttar disha, gahara aur achanak se aane avale tufano ka ullekh karta h.
