The effects of exercise on excretory system is described below :

During exercise, we sweat a lot just to keep the temperature down. This helps to remove all the waste fluids, water, salts, etc, from our body.

This results in reducing the amount of sodium in the blood which in turn also decreases the secretion of the hormone ADH. And due to this or because of this our kidney starts producing dilute urine.
