Kefir does not contain Helicobacter Pylori

H. Pylori is
microaerophilic bacterium found in stomach which is linked to several of the complications such as as an acute gastritis with abdominal pain(stomach ache) or nausea.

So Kefir does not have it and is one of the delicious drinks of Eastern Europe. It differs with Lassi ( Buttermilk) in a way that Lassi is fermented only with bacteria while Kefir is fermented both with bacteria and Yeast. So the correct answer is 1.

Hope it helped you
