work both do normally each day=1/12
work keith do normally=1/20
work steve do=1/12-1/20=5/60-3/60=2/60=1/30
work keith will do =1/40
work both will do=1/30+1/40=4/120+3/120=7/120
days needed to work=120/7=18.5
