Killing of bacteria occurs in this part in digestive canal

Uh.... Heya..

So, when we gulp down our food, along with some bacteria... It directly moves into the food pipe and then into the Stomach.

And When HCL is secretly from our stomach, it kills the rest of the bacteria from our food. So, the killing of bacteria occurs in Stomach...

The bacteria in the food that we eat are killed in the stomach. The stomach secretes HCl which does the work of killing any harmful substance present in the food.Other than that HCl also provides an acidic medium in the stomach for the enzyme pepsin to perform the function..
