Equation:--

4 {x}^{2}  - 4x  + 1

Factorising by splitting middle term(term with power 1)

4 {x}^{2}  - 2x - 2x + 1

2x(2x - 1) - 1(2x - 1)

(2x - 1)(2x - 1)

zeros = \frac{1}{2}  =  \frac{1}{2} =α=β

CONFIRMING IT HAS EQUAL ZEROS:---»

D= \sqrt{ {b}^{2}  - 4ac}

 \sqrt{16 - 4 \times 4 \times 1}

 \sqrt{0}  = 0

Hence Confirmed

____________________________________

COEFFICIENT RELATION:---»

1)——»

α+β= \frac{ - b}{a}

 \frac{1}{2}  +  \frac{1}{2}  =  \frac{ - ( - 4)}{4}

1 = 1

2)——»

αβ= \frac{c}{a}

 \frac{1}{ 2}  \times  \frac{1}{2}  =  \frac{1}{4}

 \frac{1}{4}  =  \frac{1}{4}

HENCE VERIFIED
