Now v is towards east (lay directions on a flat ground North will be up, east will be towards right, west will be towards left) and B is given towards upwards (above the plane). So the force should act towards the south direction, according to right hand rule, but since it is asked for an electron the direction will be reversed ( because F=q(v×B) and q is negative), so the beam will be deflected towards the north direction.

For C, a positive charge going away is like a current travelling in a straight line away from you. So you could consider it to be a long wire and Magnetic field due to a long straight wires is in the form of circles, its direction can be given by placing your thumb in the direction of the current and curling it. It comes out to be clockwise.
