Kindly reply as fast as possible. It is said that action = reaction....it means that if I push a box with force of 20 N (action)and still it isn't moving ....then the box is applying opposite force (reaction) same as 20 N, agree? Then, when I applied 30N of my force......then the box moved....doesn't it now show any reaction? Or it's capacity to react force was only 20 N?

Answer:
When you pushed the box in the first case with 20 N, the box didn't move because the frictional force on the object is greater than the force applied by you. Yes, the box is also applying 20 N on you but you too didn't move because in simple words, your resistance is also more than 20 N.
When you apply 30 N, the box also applies 30 N force on you but not on the ground, as you are the one pushing it. But the frictional force from the ground is less than 30 N and hence the box moved.
Hope it helps!
