x+x=60

2x=60

x=30

now, y+y=20

2y=20

y=10

and, z+z=4

2z=4

z=2

then, x+y÷z=30+10÷2=30+5=35

Given:

Three equations x+x =60, y+y =20 and z+z =4.

To find:

x + y ÷ z =?

Solution:

To find the value of x + y ÷ z, first of all, we need to find out the value of x, y and z.

So, we have to solve the given equations.

Thus,

As given,

x + x = 60

2x = 60

x = 30

Also,

y + y = 20

2y = 20

y = 10

Similarly, we have

z + z = 4

2z = 4

z = 2

Now, after putting the above values of x, y and z in x + y ÷ z, we have,

30 + 10 \div 2

 = 30 + 5

(using BODMAS rule)

 = 35

Hence, x + y ÷ z = 35.
