Bhadra vihar means , where Bhadra lives. 
Bhadra was the  the principal of Nalanda University. 
as Bhadra was the principal of Nalanda University , he was staying at Nalanda.
 
So King 
Harshvardhan establised a large center of knowledge  at Nalanda only.

Nalanda is  located about 95 kilometres  southeast of Patna. It was an important center of learning from 5th century to 1200 AD
