See blood group in persons depend upon many factors. In Biology those factors are-
(i) If we are able to identify only A protein on the blood cell in the person's blood then we say that the person has A blood group.
(ii) If we are able to identify only B protein on the blood cell in the person's blood then we say that the person has B blood group.
(iii) If we are able to identify A protein as well as B protein on the blood cell in the person's blood then we say that the person has AB blood group.
(iv) If we are able to identify no protein on the blood cell in the person's blood then we say that the person has O blood group.
'+' and '-' depends on the Rh Factor on the blood cells which are basically glycoproteins.
(i) If we are able to identify only A protein on the blood cell in the person's blood then we say that the person has A blood group.
(ii) If we are able to identify only B protein on the blood cell in the person's blood then we say that the person has B blood group.
(iii) If we are able to identify A protein as well as B protein on the blood cell in the person's blood then we say that the person has AB blood group.
