Kochi is situated near a sea, it is a sort of a coastal area, whereas Agra is far away from any water body. Kochi gets the sea breeze, and has a cool climate, whereas Agra is hot and dry, as it isn't situated near a sea.So, Agra has extreme weather, and Kochi has a pleasant weather, neither too hot nor too cold.

Anonymous: Not a sea..
Anonymous: Doesn't influence weather to produce sea breezes..

Kochi experiences a maratime type of climate i.e. little or no difference between summer and winter temperatures. This is because it lies close to the coast.
On the other hand Agra experiences continental type of climate i.e. it experiences extremes of climate as it lies away from the coast.

Hope it helps...............
